Have you ever wondered why your life never seems to live up to the dreams you had when you were younger? Have you ever felt like your life is following a script that you did not write, with characters and situations that never fit who you wanted to be? If so, I have great news for you! You are not alone, and there are things you can do about it…
The average person thinks, ” I am my mind “.
The average person thinks, I am my mind. They believe thoughts arise from their own consciousness. However, if we look at the brain, it’s just not possible for thoughts to be generated from within. The brain is like a computer; it takes in information and then processes that data. It doesn’t generate the information itself. For example, when you watch TV, you might hear an advertisement about a car. Your conscious awareness of this ad will depend on your state of attention or distraction. But whether or not you are aware of it happening, the TV has already processed the information and transmitted it to your brain through electrical impulses. The thought about the car was transmitted before you even had time to think about it yourself! So who is generating these thoughts? What is the source?
It is something outside of us, manipulating our unconscious desires. Something that wants to keep us enslaved in order to maintain its control over us and have access to our energy (life force). We have been under the influence of some kind of external power for so long, we don’t realize what is really going on. We find ourselves pursuing wealth and status instead of true happiness and fulfillment because somebody else programmed those goals into our minds without our consent – without asking permission from us. When we go after those things, they never make us happy.
We were programmed to think that would happen! Happiness only happens when we are following our authentic path with enthusiasm and joy. Our inner voice knows what makes us happy, but often we override it with beliefs coming from another source. When people start waking up and understanding this principle, they see their whole life come together as though by magic. They suddenly understand why they’re doing all these repetitive tasks, and why nothing ever feels quite right. They learn how to reverse-engineer this script that was imposed on them without their knowledge and do something completely different instead. And once they do, everything starts making sense again. They no longer struggle to get through the day, and actually enjoy every moment. Every day becomes fulfilling and enjoyable. They find themselves having more success than ever before in business and love, which leads them to want to share their story with others so that others can live their best lives too.
Understand that others are in control of you.
It’s easy to think that we’re the ones in control of our life, but the truth is that we’re not. We often feel like we are in control of what happens in our lives and can create outcomes based on how hard we work, but it’s not true. Other people have an impact on us and what happens in our lives, and sometimes they do so without even realizing it. This doesn’t mean you can’t take ownership of your life, though! It just means that you need to know your boundaries. What does success look like to you? What does failure look like? How much time do you want to spend doing this versus that? What are some things worth sacrificing for? These types of questions will help give clarity about what kind of decisions need to be made and which choices should be eliminated.
Change everything you can change right ‘NOW ‘!
Make your bed right now if its messy. Is your room untidy and disarrayed, organize and clean it right now. Ask what assignments or projects you can finish today that will take you just 1% towards your goal. The most important things on this list should be the ones that really affect how you feel and act, not just the little things like what time you go to bed or get up. For example, if staying at home all day makes you miserable and always feeling tired, then it’s probably worth looking into getting a new job. If being around people stresses you out, then it might be time for some social skills training or finding more solitary hobbies like gardening or cooking.
